You can use the trap when there are no monsters around. The trap will be set in front of you when you click the trap.
Decoy a Nemea's Lion into the trap, then the trap will activate and capture the Nemea's Lion. But remember, if the trap is set for a long time, it will disappear, so you must hurry and decoy a Nemea's Lion to it as soon as it is set.
And the Trapped Lion will automatically be put into your inventory, so it will be a good idea to check if you have an empty inventory before you use the trap.
If time passes by after you capture the lion, it may release itself from the trap and run away, so make haste and take the Trapped Lion to your target location.
