Description

Go to Huhoan carrying your drinks and talk to him then give him your drinks.
As you treat him with drinks, he will get drunk.
If he is sober or too drunken and you ask him about the account book, the quest is closed. So you have to get him drunk nice and properly using your drinks to obtain the account book.
